Dylan and Kaya joined us just after Thanksgiving in October. Dylan is from Israel and Kaya is from Manitoba and they were looking to escape a cold Canadian winter (and Covid) for some experience on Vancouver Island. Kaya is a talented photographer and Dylan is very knowledgeable with computers. Although we aren't busy with the summer growing season, they have been a great with projects such as yard clean up, caring for the animals, building sheds and tearing rotten trailers down. The work is diverse and never-ending, but we're so glad that they've come to join us. They love playing games, baking and doing fun activities with the kids.
